I woke up today with an axe in my back.
Okay, so not literally, but that is what it feels like.
I get a couple of different kinds of pain in my SI joint. One is what I like to call the axe in my back, and it is pretty constant when I have it. Which is what (I am thinking anyway) that it feels like.
Another is a super sharp and very precise pain in the very area of the joint. That one usually only happens when I change positions.
The third common pain feels like a strong pressure or a vise across my sacrum. That one is usually around a 7 on the pain scale and almost never goes away.
Hopefully my iFuse surgery (hopefully soon) will fix at least one of these.
