Sacroiliac Joint Disfunction

I had an appointment with Dr. CGL today.  We determined that I probably have Sacroiliac Joint Disfunction.  Here's what Wikipedia says... From Wikipedia:  Sacroiliac joint dysfunction generally refers to pain in the sacroiliac joint region that is caused by abnormal motion in the sacroiliac joint, either too much motion or too little motion. It typically results in inflammation of the sacroiliac joint, and can be debilitating. Debilitating indeed.  I feel like the pain is never going to end.   Not to whine.  ;-) Anyway, we've got some options to try.  I'm currently looking at Radio Frequency Ablation (RFA).  The theory here is that we use radio waves to deaden the nerves and therefore stop the pain.  I got to see Doc Brutus who will be doing the procedure(s).  The process is - step 1) SI injection to validate that RFA could work, step 2) RFA on one side, and step 3) RFA on the other side.
